Refund Deadline – May 21 If your plans change, you can request a refund before May 21. We’ll issue a refund minus a small surcharge and any keepsake purchases—no questions asked!
After May 21, no refunds will be issued.
Event Cancellation Deadline – June 7 KCIBR reserves the right to cancel the event up to two weeks in advance (June 7) in the unlikely case of unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, refunds will be provided minus a surcharge and keepsake purchases.
