The Kluane Chilkat International Bike Relay (KCIBR) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 20, 2025, at 7 pm Yukon Time. The meeting will be held in person at the Sport Yukon Boardroom #1. It will also be online via Google Meet. We’d love to see you there!
Why go to an AGM?
Because we need your energy! The KCIBR only happens because of the dedicated efforts of many volunteers, and board members. It’s not that time consuming- board members attend monthly board meetings (held online), and also have a few emails in between meetings. Come join the team that makes this event happen.
At the AGM you also get the inside scoop on how the event is doing. The biggest objective is to appoint a new board, and to guide planning for the 2026 relay. KCIBR will also present financial statements, showing our current financial position.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Come as you are. We hope to see you there.
