Revised KCIBR bylaws

The KCIBR is planning on updating it's bylaws.  The proposed new bylaws will use the Yukon Government Corporate Affairs template and enable electronic meetings and staggered 1-2 terms for directors of the Society.

An electronic meeting will be held July 6th at 7pm to approve these bylaws. Members are eligible to vote. Membership in KCIBR is free, contact Ken@kcibr.org (867) 332-7592, to join and receive the electronic meeting request.
